You may use DuetoAI only for lawful purposes, in accordance with these terms, applicable law, and the authorization granted by the organization responsible for your access.

Some DuetoAI access is provisioned by invitation from a customer organization. Administrators of that organization may grant, modify, restrict, or revoke member permissions and configure which modules and features are available.

You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for using only accounts linked to your own email address or authorized identity.

You may not use the service to violate the rights of others, send spam, commit fraud, bypass security controls, interfere with the platform, extract data abusively, or support unlawful activity.

DuetoAI includes AI features for response generation, classification, summarization, recommendation, and automation. These features may produce variable results and require appropriate human oversight, especially in commercial, operational, or sensitive workflows.

You remain responsible for reviewing content, configurations, and actions before using them in production, especially where they affect customers, scheduling, billing, health-related matters, or internal decisions.

The service may depend on third-party providers, including authentication, messaging, hosting, email delivery, AI providers, and external integrations. Use of those components may also be subject to the terms and policies of those third parties.

We may update, improve, limit, or discontinue parts of the service from time to time. We may also suspend or terminate access in cases of breach, security risk, contractual non-payment, or legal obligation.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided on an availability and continuous-improvement basis. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be excluded.
